Welsh Whiteley Architects provided full architectural services for this ten-unit, single story apartment building developed for independent senior citizens.  Concept design studies were developed to accompany the grant application to the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation.

 

In addition, instead of providing only the minimum required number of accessibly units, the owner/developer constructed all units as fully accessible, which leads to ease of property management.

 

The Welsh Whiteley Architects team completed construction drawings and provided on-site observation during the construction phase.
